Descripción: Una mezcla reparadora de manzanilla calmante, menta refrescante, vainilla cremosa y té rooibos sudafricano rico en antioxidantes. Un té que te ayuda a sentirte centrado y renovado. Un té relajante con sabor a vainilla cremosa, menta fresca y un final terroso.

Este té se inspiró en la mentalidad de "acostarse temprano y levantarse temprano" de nuestros pescadores locales y mariscadores del Long Island Sound. En 2011, hicimos este té en honor a uno de nuestros clientes habituales, un mariscador local. Como mariscador, pesca en el Long Island Sound. Después de despertarse a las 4 de la mañana y pescar todo el día, pidió un té de hierbas relajante para beber por las tardes que lo restaurara después de su jornada laboral. Baymen's Blend se ha ganado el corazón de muchos durante la última década.

Ingredientes: té rooibos rojo, manzanilla, menta piperita, vainilla, acianos

Instrucciones de infusión: infusionar 1-2 cucharadita colmada de té por cada 8 oz de agua hirviendo, 205-212°F, durante 7-10 minutos

I was worried the vanilla would make this too sweet, but the creamy and soft mint balance it out perfectly. The chamomile comes through at the end and it's become my nightly wind-down cup.

I expected the vanilla to dominate but the chamomile actually leads, with the mint settling in gently behind it. Steeping it a full five minutes makes the cup taste creamier than the four-minute version. It's become my wind-down cup most nights.
