Steeped a batch overnight for a party and the sorrel-inspired tartness really shines—the dandelion adds an earthy depth that makes it feel way more grown-up than your average iced tea. Pretty sure this is gonna be my go-to for hot summer afternoons.

Steeped a pitcher overnight and it’s the perfect balance of tart and earthy, with just enough cool mint to make it feel refreshing. The hibiscus really pops without turning bitter, even after sitting in the fridge a full day. I’m already on my second batch this week.

The ginger and spearmint come through nicely without drowning out the hibiscus, and it's not overly sweet either. Only gripe is the filters are a bit slow to drain, so I had to wait longer than expected for a full pitcher. Still, the sorrel-style tartness is spot on.
