This one actually tastes like honeyed apples, not just hot flowers—the rooibos makes it smooth and the stevia keeps it naturally sweet. I keep reaching for it after dinner.

I was pleasantly surprised by how naturally sweet the whole leaf stevia and apple make this—no need for any extra honey. It’s become my go-to evening cup.

The rooibos and vanilla keep this from tasting like the usual grassy chamomile. I brew it around 8pm and the stevia gives just enough sweetness that I skip the honey.
