Hibiscus can support a healthy immune system and can help the body cope with stress. In many studies over the decades, there have been findings that hibiscus is a super plant with many wellness qualities. It is known to be high in Vitamin C, may lower blood pressure and cholesterol, contains anti-inflammatory properties, may aid in digestion, and has been known to prevent infection.
Hibiscus is a wonderful tea either hot or iced. We suggest adding sweetener and/or lemon to balance the tart notes.
Ingredients: organic hibiscus flower
Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
