Description: A grounding and restorative white tea with gentle apple notes and the subtle freshness of apple mint. Apple mint (Mentha suaveolens) is native to the Mediterranean with a natural apple-like fruity aroma and a soft spearmint character, without the menthol sharpness of peppermint.

In this tea, apple mint adds a refreshing lift to the light body of white tea, while dandelion root and blue mallow petals bring depth and quiet grounding. Mindful Meadow is a soothing and meditative tea that encourages you to pause, breathe, and restore balance.

White teas are minimally processed, the least oxidized, and most pure of all teas. To produce white teas, two leaves and a bud are plucked from premium tea plants. These freshly harvested leaves and bud are withered (dried) carefully in the sun. The result is a delicate pure tea with soft nuances.

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 3-5 minutes
