Oolongs are partially-oxidized teas, so neither green nor black, but somewhere in between. The oolong oxidation time falls somewhere in the middle of both black and green tea.  Some oolongs have green tea characteristics and others have more black tea characteristics depending on oxidation levels. This box is recommended to both novice and more experienced oolong tea drinkers.
