A staple in Southern cuisine, pecan pie is a rich custard pie that is made with fresh pecans, brown sugar, and sweet corn syrup. This dessert tea is similar to pecan pie without the calories. We love this tea straight up or you can add honey/sugar to enhance the sweet notes.

Ingredients: red rooibos tea, caramel flavor, pecan, pomegranate peels, calendula petals, plum petals
Steep Directions: steep 2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
