    I was surprised how strong the ginger taste comes through with just one pyramid sachet. The cornstarch bags brew quickly and don’t leave any plastic aftertaste like some other tea bags do.

    The ginger honey flavor is nicely balanced, not too spicy, and I love that the pyramid bags are made from cornstarch so they break down in my compost. One sachet really does make a full 8 oz mug, so the 100 count lasts me ages.
