Este chá foi inspirado na mentalidade de cedo para a cama e cedo para se levantar dos nossos pescadores locais e pescadores da baía no Long Island Sound. Instruções de Infusão: infundir 1-2 colher de chá bem cheia de chá por 8 oz de água a ferver, 205-212°F, durante 7-10 minutos

I was worried the vanilla would make this too sweet, but the creamy and soft mint balance it out perfectly. The chamomile comes through at the end and it's become my nightly wind-down cup.

I expected the vanilla to dominate but the chamomile actually leads, with the mint settling in gently behind it. Steeping it a full five minutes makes the cup taste creamier than the four-minute version. It's become my wind-down cup most nights.
