描述： 水仙，又稱「水仙」，是一款產自中國福建省北部武夷山區的高發酵、高火烘焙烏龍茶。此區域以陡峭的懸崖、沉積物豐富的土壤以及以傳統扭曲葉片風格製作深色烏龍茶的悠久歷史而聞名。
種植於海拔超過 2,600 英尺的高山，此茶沖泡出滋味醇厚、琥珀色的茶湯，帶有礦物、蜜桃、杏桃與溫暖辛香料的層次風味。
口感滑順且令人滿足，水仙是員工最愛，也是日常烏龍茶的絕佳選擇。其深度與平衡使其非常適合多次沖泡。

I've been drinking Wuyi oolongs for years and this Shui Xian holds its own, especially for the price. The high firing comes through as a nice toasty edge that rounds out the peach and mineral finish. Third steep is where it really opens up.
