抽出方法： 1杯の山盛り小さじ1杯の茶葉を8オンスの沸騰したお湯（205-212°F）で3-5分間抽出します。
I brewed this with a splash of milk and it genuinely tastes like the top of a crème brûlée, caramel first then a soft vanilla finish. Smooth enough that I've stopped adding sugar, and it doesn't go bitter if I forget it on the counter for a few extra minutes.
