Category: Flavored White Tea

Tasting Notes: smooth with delicate fruit

Description: A smooth tea that's a harmonious blend of raspberry and champagne flavors with premium white tea. A celebratory white tea that is delicate with nuances of fruit. Cheers!

White teas are minimally processed, the least oxidized, and most pure of all teas. To produce white teas, two leaves and a bud are plucked from premium tea plants. These freshly harvested leaves and bud are withered (dried) carefully in the sun. The result is a delicate pure tea with soft nuances.

Ingredients: white tea, safflowers, marigold, raspberry, natural champagne flavor

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 3-5 minutes

Olivia ★★★★★

I was expecting a gimmick, but the dry white tea base actually lets the raspberry and champagne notes feel light instead of syrupy. Steeped a pot for guests tonight and it held up nicely through three rounds without turning bitter.

Amelia ★★★★☆

The balance of raspberry and champagne is subtle but pleasant for a white tea. I just wish the flavor was a bit stronger to really taste the fruit notes. It brews a delicate cup that's perfect for an afternoon treat.
