Description: Premium young tea leaves gently scented with night-blooming jasmine flowers. An elegant and subtle white tea with ethereal floral notes. The most delicate of our jasmine teas.
White teas are minimally processed, the least oxidized, and most pure of all teas. To produce white teas, two leaves and a bud are plucked from premium tea plants. These freshly harvested leaves and bud are withered (dried) carefully in the sun. The result is a delicate pure tea with soft nuances.
Ingredients: jasmine scented white tea, jasmine flowers
Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz below boiling water, 175°F, for 3-5 minutes
