Pure fresh Lavender blossoms have several flavor notes with a fine balance of sweet, savory, and floral. In each sip of lavender you'll find notes of rosemary, rose, mint, and citrus. Lavender has been used for centuries to ease anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Lavender is also thought to have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
