The rose comes through just enough to make this feel special, and the lemon keeps it bright instead of heavy. I brewed a cup about an hour before bed and actually felt my shoulders drop. Organic ingredients are a nice bonus for a nightly ritual.

The lemon and earthy balance is perfect for winding down, and I love that it's organic. Two cups before bed and I'm out like a light.

The rose note comes through more than I expected, and it somehow makes the lemon taste softer instead of sharper. I keep a tin by the kettle now, and a cup about an hour before bed settles me right down.
