In this sleepytime tea, we've also added healing ingredients to aid in digestion. This blend is soothing and calming for the body and mind. In this tea, you'll find valerian root, also known as nature’s Valium, which can help people fall asleep and stay asleep. Chamomile is known to reduce anxiety and soothe people. For digestion we've added anise, ginger, and licorice.
Our sleepytime teas are designed to aid in relaxation and bring restorative sleep. The blend of healing and restorative botanicals present in this sleepytime tea will prepare the body for a deep sleep without any morning fatigue. We recommend drinking them one hour before bed.

Steep Directions: steep 1-2 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 oz boiling water, 205-212°F, for 7-10 minutes
