Zimt-Feige Bio

The jammy sweetness of the fig really comes through in the finish, balanced perfectly by the soft cinnamon. I've been brewing it for about 3 minutes and the plum notes add a nice depth.

The fig and plum come through so clearly that it almost tastes like a spoonful of jam, but the oolong keeps it from getting too sweet. I've been brewing it at work in the afternoons and the cinnamon warmth is exactly what I want when coffee feels like too much.

The cinnamon is subtle enough not to overpower the oolong, letting the plum's natural sweetness come through. Brews up a nice rich amber color and the flavor holds well for a second steep. I just wish the fig note was a bit more forward.
