Beschrijving:  Een blend van donkere oolongthee met kaneel, zoete vijg en sappige pruim.  Deze thee is geïnspireerd op kaneel-vijgenjam. 

In deze oolongthee zorgt aromatische kaneel voor een warm en kruidig smaakprofiel. De vijg, met een vleugje pruim, geeft een zoete, jamachtige toon.  Het resultaat is een uitgebalanceerde thee die lang nazindert en bevredigend is.  

Ingrediënten: biologische blend van oolongthee, kaneel, vijg, pruim

Zetinstructies: laat 1 opgehoopte theelepel thee per 8 oz water net onder het kookpunt, 195°F, gedurende 3-4 minuten trekken

The cinnamon is subtle enough not to overpower the oolong, letting the plum's natural sweetness come through. Brews up a nice rich amber color and the flavor holds well for a second steep. I just wish the fig note was a bit more forward.
