Este té se elabora en China al estilo japonés, cociendo la hoja al vapor en lugar del método chino típico de saltearla en sartén. El resultado es un té verde vegetal con una dulzura herbácea y terrosa y un final limpio sin notas ahumadas ni tostadas.

Tiempo de infusión:

infundir 1 cucharadita colmada de té por cada 8 oz de agua justo debajo del punto de ebullición, 175°F, durante 2-3 minutos
