Description :  Un thé noir classique de la province du Fujian en Chine, parfumé à la fumée. Pour élaborer ce thé, les feuilles de thé noir sont séchées au-dessus d'un feu de bois de pin. La fumée du feu imprègne la feuille d'un puissant arôme fumé. Le résultat est un thé corsé, riche et très fumé, avec de chaudes notes boisées. Ce thé multidimensionnel a une finale nette et tranchante, propre avec de douces notes de pin. 

Ingrédients : thé noir biologique parfumé à la fumée

Instructions d'infusion : infuser 1 cuillère à café bombée de thé pour 8 oz d'eau bouillante, 205-212°F, pendant 3-4 minutes
