当社のバージョンは、このお茶のスモーキーな過去の要素を取り入れ、現代的なひねりを加えています。その結果、シトラスがスモーキーな層に包まれた大胆な黒茶が生まれました。一口ごとに、イタリアンベルガモットがスモーキーなラプサンスーチョンとともに長く続きます。ミディアムボディで、爽やかな後味が口の中をリフレッシュします。
原材料：有機ブレンド（ラプサンスーチョン紅茶、ニルギリ紅茶、ベルガモット）
抽出方法： 8オンスの沸騰したお湯（205-212°F）に対して、1杯の山盛りの茶葉を入れ、3-4分間抽出します。
The smoky note actually lingers nicely after each sip, and the bergamot gives it a bright citrus kick that keeps it from feeling heavy. I've been brewing it strong in the mornings and it cuts through the fog better than any tea I've had lately.
I was worried the bergamot would overpower everything, but it just lifts the smoky black tea instead. Two cups in the morning and the citrus keeps it from tasting heavy.
The smoke hits first but the bergamot keeps it from tasting like an ashtray, which is exactly what I want in a Russian Caravan. I've been drinking it plain all week and it's bold enough that I don't even miss the milk.
