Earl Grey Biologisch

Finally, a bagged Earl Grey that actually tastes like real bergamot and not just perfume. I've been brewing it straight up every morning and the flavor is smooth, not bitter at all. This will be a regular in my cupboard from now on.

The bergamot oil is noticeably higher quality than cheaper earl greys—it’s floral without being perfumey. I love that it works perfectly with a splash of milk or just on its own.

The bergamot is the star here — that Italian oil gives it a bright, almost floral lift instead of the flat citrus flavor I've gotten from cheaper bags. I drink it plain every morning, and it holds up without milk or sugar.
