I was worried the cinnamon would overpower everything, but it's actually really balanced with the apple and that natural rooibos sweetness. Steeped it about five minutes and got a warm, cozy cup with just a hint of allspice in the finish.

The dry leaf smells just like a fresh apple pie filling, and once steeped the cinnamon and allspice come through without getting sharp. It's sweet enough on its own that I haven't needed honey, which makes it my new evening mug.

The cinnamon and allspice hit first, then it settles into that sweet apple note without tasting artificial. I've been drinking it plain in the evening and the natural sweetness from the rooibos means I don't need to add anything.
