櫻桃炸彈

I was worried the coconut would make this too sweet, but it just rounds out the cherry nicely. The kiwi adds a little zing at the end that I didn't expect from a tisane. Steeped it hot, then tried it iced the next day and honestly both work.

The kiwi is what surprised me — it cuts through the cherry just enough so it never tastes like cough syrup. Steeped it five minutes and the coconut shows up smooth on the finish. Already on my second tin.

I expected the coconut to get lost under all that cherry, but it actually smooths out the tartness nicely. The kiwi is a fun surprise too. Steeped it a bit long by accident and it still didn't turn bitter.
