I was worried the mint would overpower everything, but it's actually pretty subtle and the chamomile comes through more. Steeped it for about five minutes before bed and finished the whole mug without needing honey. The 2026 batch tastes fresher than what I remember from last year.

The mint hits right away but settles into something cozy and calming, not at all sharp. I brewed a cup before bed and the earthy chamomile lingered nicely into the second steep. This 2026 batch tastes noticeably fresher than the last tin I had.

The chamomile really comes through first, then the peppermint lingers a bit at the end which is exactly what I wanted. I've been steeping a mug about an hour before bed and it's become my little signal to wind down.
