I've been drinking this every morning for two weeks and the buttery, nutty finish is what keeps me coming back. Steeping it at about 175 degrees really brings out the vegetal notes without any bitterness.

Richard Y. ★★★★★

The first steep fills the cup with that signature savory, almost brothy aroma, and the taste is beautifully vegetal with a smooth, buttery finish that lasts. It’s gentle enough for a few infusions, and each one keeps that same nutty sweetness. This is my new go-to when I want something calming but f

Opening the bag hit me with that fresh, savory aroma right away, and the leaves are so uniform and vibrant. Steeped, it's wonderfully vegetal with a nutty depth that makes it feel like a proper treat, not just another cup of tea.
